Designed to help athletes sustain and build on fitness and strength during the season while taking loading into consideration. This programme is for athletes who are seeking extra training in addition to team trainings and games throughout the season. Our personalised plan includes targeted training to enhance endurance, agility, and power throughout the season. At-home and gym versions available.

IN-SEASON

PROGRAmme

$50 for 8 weeks

This program combines aerobic and anaerobic conditioning to enhance fitness and maintain fast-twitch muscle function as well as advanced strength building sessions to prepare you for next season. The off-season plan improves endurance, agility, power and strength for optimal performance and is adaptable for home or gym settings. Targeted sessions prepare athletes for the upcoming season.
